What we can build

Three ways to put AI to work

Website, WhatsApp and email

Customer support assistant

It knows your catalogue, your policies and the status of every order. It replies instantly and hands over to your team when needed.

I want an assistant

What it does:

  • Answers with company data
Catalogue, policies and documents, always citing the source.

  • Checks stock, orders and bookings
In real time, from the ERP, the store or the booking platform.

  • Hands over to a person when needed
    With the full conversation context.

Online stores and catalogues

Smart search

Customers type the way they talk. Search understands synonyms, typos and intent, and finds what keyword search misses.

Improve my store search

What it does:

  • Search by meaning
Synonyms and typos stop returning zero results.

  • Natural-language filters
"Waterproof backpack under €80" becomes category, price and attribute.

  • Context-aware recommendations
Based on the cart and related products.

Repetitive task automation

AI reads emails, invoices and documents and prepares the data for your systems. A person confirms before anything is posted.

Automate a task

What it does:

  • Email and request triage
Classifies and routes each request to the right person.

  • Data extraction from documents
Invoices and orders read with no manual copying.

  • Nothing moves without approval
AI prepares, your team confirms with one click.

Automation example: invoice received by email, data extracted and prepared for the ERP, awaiting approval

How it works

From the first meeting to an assistant in production

A short process, with visible deliverables at every stage.

  1. 01 · assessment

We map where it pays off

A meeting to choose what to automate. You leave with a proposal and a fixed price.

  2. 02 · integrations

    We connect your sources

We connect through APIs the catalogue, documents and systems the assistant can consult.

  3. 03 · testing

    We validate it with you

In a test environment, we fine-tune answers, tone and limits. Nothing goes live without approval.

  4. 04 · launch

    We publish and improve

It goes live with monitoring and a monthly report on unanswered questions and time saved.

We connect AI to the systems we already integrate

Payments, invoicing, logistics and bookings now feed the assistant.
Data and security

Your data stays with you

The AI works connected to your systems, from our infrastructure, and not the other way round.

  • Data and conversations hosted in Europe
  • Models from European providers, processed in the EU
  • Your data is never used to train public models
  • Access only to the data you authorise

Frequently asked questions

Artificial Intelligence questions

What data does the AI use to answer?

Only what your company authorises: product catalogue, internal documents, FAQ, policies, and the systems connected through APIs (ERP, online store, CRM, bookings). The assistant answers from that information and cites the source. When it does not know, it says so and hands over to your team instead of making things up.

Is my data used to train other companies' models?

No. Conversations, documents and data from your systems are hosted in Europe. The models come from European providers, processed in the EU, under a data processing agreement and with no retention for training.

How long does it take to have an assistant running?

It depends on the data sources and systems to connect. The timeline is set during the assessment, together with the proposal, and always includes a testing phase with your team before it reaches customers.

Who keeps the assistant up to date?

Prices, stock and orders are read directly from your systems, so they are always up to date. When a policy changes or there are new documents, the assistant starts using them. Monitoring and improvements are included in the monthly fee.

Does it work with my store or my ERP?

We work with the platforms we have been integrating for years: stores built by us, Shopify, Jumpseller and WordPress; ERP and invoicing such as PHC, Primavera, Moloni, Masterway and XD; bookings with Ventrata, Rezdy and FareHarbor. For other systems, an API or database access is all it takes.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what the assistant does and how many systems it connects to. The assessment is free and ends with a fixed-price proposal for the implementation, plus a monthly fee covering hosting, monitoring and continuous improvements. The contract terms, including the minimum period, are set out in the proposal.

Does any of this sound familiar? AI solves it.

Just one is reason enough for a conversation. The assessment is free.
