In this PM2 case study we show how we built a platform to automate lease workflows and billing with direct Tax Authority integration for property management.

We developed a management platform for PM2, specialists in long-term rental management. The project involved creating a robust web solution that centralizes all real estate operations, offering total control for managers and full transparency for owners.

With Multisnet’s technical support, the application automates complex workflows: from asset registration and contract management to automated tax filings for the Portuguese Tax Authority. The architecture was designed to ensure rigorous payment tracking and financial integrity for large real estate portfolios.

For owners, the platform provides an exclusive client area to consult receipts, contracts, and monitor their current account (rents and maintenance expenses) in real time. This project demonstrates Multisnet's expertise in developing bespoke management software for major players in the real estate and services sectors.

The Wallet centralizes the cross-referencing of financial data from multiple clients, allowing for the immediate consultation of total payables and receivables. Tax Simplification

The system allows both owners and managers to consult every issued invoice in detail, verifying amounts and associated services. In addition to the automatic generation of rent invoices, the platform enables manual invoice creation for specific services. All documents are seamlessly integrated into a certified third-party billing system, ensuring full legal and financial compliance.
